TAMMY SPARKLE'S FIRST PHOTOGRAPHY COLLECTION OUT NOW

We are delighted to announce that Tammy Sparkle, another top photographer has signed for us at Dream's Edge Publishing and her first photography collection one of three covering Planes, Trains & Automobiles will be launched soon.

Tammy loves travelling to interesting places and loves cars, the faster the better, trains, older the better and planes of any kind.

Her first photography collection will be the first of many we hope.

TAMMY'S BIG ADVENTURE

Below is a small glimpse inside the book of some of the images of photographer Tammy Sparkle's first photography collection OUT NOW.

As you can see by the cover Tammy's Big Adventure Volume 1 is all about trains, so we do hope it arrives on time, for one thing it will not be effected by industrial action or need a bus replacement service!

Seriously, Tammy is a fantastic photographer and this will be the first of many "Adventures" we are sure.

We already have planes, automobiles planned so you can see come 2023 Tammy is going places.

INTERVIEW WITH TAMMY SPARKLE 

QUESTION 1: What or who inspired you to take up photography?

TAMMY: My father always encouraged me to take up photography, and it’s an art form of its very own, capturing the moment.

QUESTION 2: What gave you the idea behind your first photography collections coming soon?

TAMMY: My passions are transport, so cars, planes, and trains are a regular source of photo for me, you’ll find me either at an airfield or museum on some of my days off.

QUESTION 3: Do you have a favourite photographer or writer and why?

TAMMY: I have a few favourite writers, mainly in the aviation genre, the late Bill Gunston, and historian Bruce Barrymore Halpenny, photography wise the late Stephen Piercey and Motorsport photographer Jeff Bloxham all inspire me, they set the scene in a certain way I like.

QUESTION 4: Do you read a lot? If so, what are you reading right now?

TAMMY: I read alot of books and articles on airfields and types of aircraft, currently reading the history of RAF Duxford, fascinating stories about one of my favorite places to visit.

QUESTION 5: What's your favourite book of all time?

TAMMY: I have a favourite series of books Ghost Stations by Bruce Barrymore Halpenny, and I also like The Man in the White Suit by Ben Collins.

QUESTION 6: What other projects are you working on now?

TAMMY: Currently I’m getting material together for some future books I’m planning to make, including a very interesting subject which I know will be a unexpected surprise.

QUESTION 7: What do you like most about photography?

TAMMY: Capturing the moment, and also making it my own, satisfying thing being I took the picture and it was my vision.

QUESTION 8: Where do you see yourself and your photography in three to five years’ time?

TAMMY: With the equipment I use I can see myself getting more adventurous with the pictures, making more publications. I’m learning all the time.

QUESTION 9: What one, key photography tip would you share?

TAMMY: My dad always told me to take a deep breath as you took the picture, it stabilises the picture and you can feel part of the picture.

QUESTION 10: What would you say to inspire young photographers?

TAMMY: Use the equipment you can get hold of, I mainly use my Mobile Phone now with my pictures, challenge yourself to get a picture you want to achieve, never give up until you have got the picture you want.
